Refund & Cancellation Policy

We make sure that a client is completely confident in their decision of purchasing the product by giving them information on the product (s). We promise that the product will perfectly match the images given to you. We do not accept returns. The shipping is complicated because the items are breakable and heavy.

However, we will set things right by coming up with a workable solution in the extremely uncommon scenario that you receive an item that is damaged during transit. This might entail product replacement, repair, or even return in specific circumstances. Please share an image of the damaged item within 4 days of receiving your order.
